For Finance Providers

Yes. ProcureDeck is fully white-label-ready by design, allowing you to apply your brand identity across the platform, communications, and customer experience.

Payables finance, invoice discounting, PO financing, distributor finance, dynamic discounting, inventory financing and bank guarantees are all supported. We can also work with you to build custom financing products into your ProcureDeck implementation.

You get real-time access to relevant documents, transaction data and status updates - from offer generation to repayment - with full audit trails.

Both. For transaction types with pre-defined rules (PO financing, Distributor financing), ProcureDeck supports optional fully automated workflows but other request types require manual approval post-review.

No. ProcureDeck operates as a standalone cloud-based banking-as-a-service platform.
However, to enable direct payment instruction push and real-time status retrieval from your core banking system, our team will collaborate with your IT team to build the necessary API or host-to-host integration.

For Buyers (Corporates)

Yes — ProcureDeck supports flexible ERP integration using your ERP’s API endpoints and an in-app data mapping tool.

No. You can continue using your existing approval workflows and payment terms. ProcureDeck works alongside your current processes, enabling your suppliers to access early payment without requiring changes on your end.

You can invite suppliers manually, upload a list or if supported - import them directly from your ERP via our Supplier Management integration. Additionally, you can find and transact with new suppliers who are already registered on the platform.

No. While you retain control over your document approvals (POs, invoices), the finance provider determines eligibility and disbursement.

For Suppliers

Yes. You can manually upload external invoices. ProcureDeck includes tools for your finance provider to directly confirm authenticity with your buyer if they’re on the platform or offline if they are not.

Not initially. As long as you're registered on the platform and your buyer is active, you can request financing. The finance provider will then complete due diligence and open an account for you as part of the transaction process.

You can still upload documents and request financing, but verification and financing availability may be limited until the finance provider concludes their internal transaction assessment and due diligence processes.

The platform will notify you when documents linked to eligible buyers or programs become financeable - based on your buyer’s configuration and finance provider policies.

Rates and fees are defined by the finance provider and shown transparently before you accept any offer. There are no hidden charges.

Yes. Once registered, you can work with multiple buyers on the same platform, depending on your trade relationships.

Technical & Integration

Most ERP systems that expose secure APIs — including those using OAuth, OAuth2, JWT, AWS Signature, or Bearer token auth.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, using industry-standard protocols. We also apply strict access controls and logging across all platform activities.

Yes. ProcureDeck natively supports granular role-based access, permissions are defined by user role.

Yes. The platform maintains detailed audit trails and supports exportable records for internal reviews, KYC, and compliance audits.

Yes. ProcureDeck includes a secure in-app messaging system that allows real-time communication and document exchange between suppliers, buyers and finance providers - tied to specific transactions.
