Why We Built ProcureDeckProcureDeck was born from experience - not theory.
While working in the channels delivery unit at a leading Nigerian multinational bank, our founders, 'Tunde Eyitayo and Victor Lawal were part of the team tasked with the roll out a proprietary digital supply chain finance platform designed to transform the SCF landscape by accelerating access to financing for corporate clients and helping to streamline their supply chain operations while improving access to working capital for SMEs.
On paper, it made sense. In the market, it didn’t land.
Adoption lagged, impact was minimal and the product failed to meet the realities of how buyers, suppliers and funders actually operate across African trade corridors.
That failure revealed something bigger: the gap wasn't just in tools - it was in alignment. What financial institutions were offering and what businesses actually needed were miles apart.
ProcureDeck is our response to that gap.
